Same here! Its even more funny that the people who made her concept were former Capcom employees.

The same way some SNK artists who made Ryo and Yuri Sakazaki and Robert Garcia were people who worked on Street Fighter 2 and made the concept arts for Ryu,Akuma and Ken.And dont get me started on Inafune."coughmightyno9cough"
Anyway thats a pretty awesome reference/tribute from ArcSys.

It's kind of common in fighting games. Like when Capcom use to troll SNK with Roy Bromwell (Rival Schools) who was a clone of Terry Bogard. Same with Dan & Robert Garcia/Ryo Sakazaki.

But we never knew who copy who with Felicia & Cham Cham.

I know.Talk about wild inspirations.I'd go with Felicia.I bet they sent spies in both companies and they were even when they both came on the same day with those characters.Though I bet one of the games came the next day unless its an conspiracy..

And Elena came before Eddie Gordo, 1 or 2 months earlier.

And if you see Doronjo's ending in Tatsunoko vs Capcom you will see that Devilotte & Co.is based on her(they even call them knock-offs back and forth LMAO).Same with Team Rocket.
