details of the camera are in my latest journal.. i actually handmade this pinhole out of an old metal can, and i use photographic paper inside, which i then create a contact print with... i know alot of places in which you can buy one... one camera is being sold here: [link]

basically, you just find ANYTHING that can be made lighttight (people have made pinholes out of VANS even, also as small as a film canister..) and you place photographic paper or film, opposite the pinhole (which is litereally the size of a needle, it needs to be quite small) and then you do exposures.. depending on the light amount. i've been quite disappointed with the websites related to pinholes.. i would check a book out from your library regarding pinholes. it is quite intriguing.

one important aspect is that you need to have the chemicals to develop the paper or film. at least, i've never heard of people being able to get their local film processor to process it.

agreed, agreed, its a shame.. but people don't really appreciate pinholes. they just think maybe that i cannot take a proper picture and so they go.. "oohhh yeee.. umm.. thats nice?"

stupid people. WE MUST EDUCATE THE WORLD!

If you like pinhole cameras, you should check out a Holga.

120mm can be a pain if you don't develop your own film.

very true, very true. my art teacher doesnt know how to develop/we don't know the chemicals to do it.

Chemical and timing wise it's the same as its 35mm counterpart, but you obviously need a different spool and (sometimes) a different tank.

well i suppose its the spool that'd get me. thanks for letting me know, though. i'm definitely going to look into that.
