I've had this goldleaf for years and have always been too afraid to try it. Carrie Fisher was a bold woman and I took a little inspiration from her to create this.

Stunning work! The light and shadow are so beautiful. There's so much control in this and chalk and charcoal are so hard to use! (or I find they are anyway!) Really beautiful to look at, and I'm glad you decided to use the gold leaf - brings something really unique and sorrowful to this piece.
