BEHOLD THE POWER OF THE SMUDGE TOOL AND PATIENCE !!!yeah, been messing with this one for 3 weeks now, mostly experimenting with lighting and shadows, also tried a new way of drawing eyes, I like it.

Warning, this is meant to be helpful and not hurtful in any way.
I like this piece. Luna looks nice and the shade of blueish purple is show accurate from what I can tell. It does confuse and disturb me that one of her eyes is different to the other. I think had both should have been the same and maybe you should have just done it the way you did on the left side (her left) though I understand it's a test piece so I can forgive that since I'm not a heartless hater. But that doesn't explain why her hair is half see through? Is it because it's a dream? Anyway it's hard to notice the first time you look so that's OK.
Overall I like this piece and shall be favouriting it after this review.

Hair is semi transparent because allicorn magic. This means I aint gotta explain s**t xD

Vision: This is an amazing image of Luna and full of vision. Luna is my second favorite in the series and I enjoy seeing how artist portray her in their work. Good job 3.5 stars.
Originality: Though it is a image of a cannon character that doesn't mean it lacks originality. It is an unique layout and design I love it. 3 stars.
Technique: Though this is a digital work it is a detailed one. There are a few spots that need help as well as it could do with a bit more lighting. 3.5 stars.
Impact: Luna has that ability to just push out emotion on us and this one does just that. I love the look of this picture all around. 4 stars.
Overall it's a great work and I really can't wait to see what else this artist has to offer.

The lighting for one. It is very dark. I know Luna is the Princess of the night but still a little light wont kill anyone. The second thing is not all of the lines flow smoothly, it could be equipment error but if you could smoothen them out it would make the image look better.

It looks like she's winking very slowly but creepily. But it's very nice. I would give it all 5 stars if I did a critique. Also the radiant of the light is awesome
