The Horny Cow returns, manifested as some Underpants-Obsessed weirdo.Based on a True Story, unfortunately. Someone I know had a disturbing incident with, well, some underpants-obsessed weirdo. And for all I know, this drawing doesn't do the creep justice.
I'm glad this one is just a single image and not a comic strip like most of my other Horny Cow drawings because it heavily disturbed even me all throughout it's construction.
I think some classic MAD Magazine cover art snuck in and out of my mind for a bit of inspiration with this one.

Which is why I don't have a lot of "clean"-looking art.
I'm very good at making visuals that are less comforting to look at, and with...subject matter like this, it really helps emphasize how unpleasant such a filthy, creepy thing can be! BAD Cow! Bad!

I never was an underpants lover. All the sweat and other unmentionable things the unmentionals absorb, it's not a sexy thought.
Underpants make great humor, but I just don't find 'em all that arousing.

It originally had sparsely spread stubble rolled out all along it, but he ended up looking like Watto and it got WAY too creepy, even for me.
