Princess Celestia (human form) from MLP:FiM~! I only have one more drawing to work on from my MLP character challenge, which is Princess Luna, then I'm finished. ^_^ I think I got tired of doing backgrounds with clouds now. Though it suits with her, so that's why I added them.
