Description
Second in my TFA poster series. This one is based off the classic Star Wars poster, featuring Elita-One, Drag Strip, Sari, and the Sumdac Receptionist bot.I would have loved to put Drag Strip as Leia, but her shoulder kibble would have covered up a good chunk of Elita's torso. I am kind of loving Sari and RB as C-3PO and R2.

Star wars references for the win. I can't help but appreciate an awesome comparison like this. Poses are great and the Lady Drag Strip and Elita-1 being seen in the forefront are quite an added bonus. Colors, concept and the energy in the piece, it's all wonderful, and made even more so by the obscure Receptionist 'Bot and Sari in the background.
One a parting note, my skewed perception has me associating some of DS's sword action with Kill Bill satire. Malaguena Salerosa that I inadvertently had playing in the background is probably the cause of this, I'm sorry.

I'm glad you like it so much! I'm quite pleased with how this one came out. And oh yes, those two getting some spotlight time was quite the point of the whole endeavor. XD And also maybe having an excuse to draw the Receptionist Bot.
Might not have been what I was going for, but I can't say I mind that particular comparison at all. XD

i still can't get over it how they made Drag Strip a female in TFA.

I realize it's not everyone's cup of tea, but personally I like it when canon gender-bends the characters. I wish they'd done it a bit in TF

I like gender bending somewhat. But a part of me does wonder what it would be like if TFP Ratchet was a female..
