Maglova Kemeri ya da Muallakkemer, Mimar Sinan tarafindan 1554-1562 yillari; arasinda Istanbul'da, Alibey Deresi vadisi üzerinde yapimis; olan su kemeri. Bugün Gaziosmanpasa ilçesi sinirlarinda bulunan Cebeci köyü yakinlarindadir. 1563 yillarinda selden zarar görmüsse de ayni yil onarilarak eski haline getirilmistir. Alibeyköy barajinin göl suyu yapitin dörtte birini kaplamaktadir. Kemer Istanbul'a su tasimaya devam etmektedir. Eser dünya su mimarisinin basyapitlarindan biri olarak kabul edilir.

36 metre yüksekliginde ve 257 metre uzunlugunda olan kemer, iki katlidir. Kemerin alt katinda 8 büyük üst katinda 8 küçük gözü bulunmaktadir. alt katinda bulunan gözlerden 4 tanesi digerlerine nazaran daha büyük yapilmistir. Genislikleri 18,4 metredir. üst katinda ki orta 4 gözün genislikleri ise 13,4 metredir.
