She's a fun character, even if she can be a bit bird-brained at times (pun 100% intended).

I wanna hug her, but am also very suspicious that she might be hiding a knife behind her back ready to stab whom ever approaches her that isn't Noafumi XD

Hi, I’m from Project Comment and this piece immediately caught by attention due to its colors and cuteness. First off, this artwork is adorable because of effective use of body shape and size. The face is more on the circular side, almost like a chibi but more pronounced and impactful. This gives the character a youthful look that is further enhanced by the happy mouth expression and gorgeous eyes. The eyes have several, carefully chosen layers, hues and patterns, including dark purple, some blue shades, and multiple highlights. This creates very stunning “eye candy” J The figure’s body itself is small, which is fitting for this angel-like character. This means a casual viewer can tell this is a cherub, not just because of the wings, but because of the face and body structure.
Next, great job on detailing the wings and dress. I see where a lot of effort has gone into both, as demonstrated by the varied patterns on the wings and the painstaking work on the dress folds and bow. The firm and clear lineart used for the outfit contrasts well with the more soft and fluid sky in the background (more blends and soft brushes approach used for background). This ensures the viewer stays more focused on the character than the background.
One area of opportunity is shading. As an angel, this character may be flying towards the sun or in some other direction. So there should be a light source coming from some direction and I feel you sort of hinted that the light source is above and to the left, because I can see sunlight or glowing light on that side. My point is, you could be more aggressive with even darker shades in the appropriate areas. Since there are plenty of bright, light shades in this image, they need to be emphasized by creating darker shades for contrast. I feel the back portion of her hair (behind ears and below shoulders on the right side of the image, where the light source seems less) could be a much darker yellow or orange shade. I see you are on the right track, because there is some shading going on, but it needs to be more focused on the lower-right side of the image versus the upper-left. Same with the bow on her dress, the back part of the bow (the folds) could be an even darker blue shade.
The second recommendation is more defined supporting items or shapes. Specifically, it is not very clear what the yellow floating bands of light are intended to represent – are they light beams, feathers or a magical aura? If they are feathers, maybe they could be inked with sharper outlines to clarify their identity? If they are light beams, I would suggest placing them more strategically, to show whether or not they are emanating from the character or elsewhere. I do not mean the yellow beams look bad, I do like them, it is only that a viewer struggles to figure out what they are.
One thing I am curious about is her hands. I cannot see her arms, but maybe she has them behind her back? I think making her shoulders and upper arms more visible would help solve this ambiguity. I realize her hair is covering that portion, so it is somewhat left to the viewer to draw their own judgment.
In conclusion, this is a stunning piece of art. I like the fact you created it in full size wallpaper (and offer a free download J), which illustrates a “big picture” perspective to your art. Sorry for the cheesy humor! In all seriousness, I love this artwork and believe creating wallpaper-size pieces like this will further strengthen your brand image as an artist!

Am I the only one who thinks that she looks like Asia Argento (High School DxD)? Love it all the same!
