So, this is a pretty big departure from what I normally draw (because I very rarely draw animals) but I was listening to the Frozen 2 soundtrack again, and I just had this urge to draw Elsa's water horse... so here he/she is Full disclosure though, because it's nearly midnight right now, I decided to trace the main body of the horse to save time But all the rest was done by moi, so...
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the glowy lights, coz I sure enjoyed drawing them
