I haven't read this manga yet but it looks super kute and it from the same writer as Beast master so I think ill like it :3I'm also quite proud of this it looks alot better then I expected it to look.

i googled extensively, in both japanese and english, and there is no record of any woman from tokyo falling off any roof recently

Oh ho, a new challenger appears.
A few places are a bit off, but otherwise it's good in terms of traditional art. Think Teru's nose and mouth could be done somewhat better.
Other than that, should read Dengeki Daisy if you haven't, it's pretty good. Sad that the current volumes don't have an English translation.
