He didn't make these sprites. Balthazar did. He just reposts other people's stuff, without giving credit or mention the authors. Which is bad.

The sheet this guy posted is very old (like the SSJ2 Gohan one RODRIGOGOMEZ  posted as his wip at 50% and erroneously called Z2 styled), Balth updated his spriting style a lot of times. You can ask him, it's the truth.

He is now making the characters' sprites in a new style he invented, called Z2. Now he is making Majin Vegeta, Frieza and Gohan, and he completed normal and SSJ Goku sprites. His sprites are used for his and Cybaster's chars, that you can get in his site.

So this style is, as you can see, abandoned.
