I love the way the woman's lance parallels her owl's wings and her owl really seems to be moving, almost turning towards the direction the woman is pointing. That sense of movement, the golden light, and the gorgeous composition in this painting are qualities I dream of showing in my own art one day. Thank you for that inspiration!
