A little explanation for non-Russian speakers:
This is a spoof of a famous Soviet anti-alcohol poster www.eda-server.ru/posters/post… that depicts a man firmly rejecting a shot of vodka.
The text says "No! The Great and Powerful Trixie does not trust wheels!"
The joke here is that in Russian any drug in form of pills can be referred to as "wheels" (just like marijuana is often referred to as "weed"), and Trixie does not trust wheels! Get it? Huh? HUH?!

Далеко не все русскоговорящие проживают в России.
Я, например, ни разу в своей жизни там не был. Согласитесь, с моей стороны было бы довольно странно при этом в анекте указывать, что я из России.

Тут принято указывать все языки,на которых говоришь..Вот.
А вас я понимаю,у меня знакомая в Китае,но вообще родители русские..И таких много в Германии.Так что я поняла.
