This is something I came up with recently. What we see here is how Oswald The Lucky Rabbit said his hello to Mickey Mouse when he returned to Disney.

Now, if you're wondering why Oswald is speaking in Japanese, here's the deal. Back in 2004, Oswald was HUGE over in Japan. He had a popular line of toys of himself made by Japanese game company, Taito. You could get these toys in claw machines across Japan. I'm thinking that while Oswald was basking in Japanese fame, he picked up their language, & as a result, it's become his regular method of speech, illustrated here as he's greeting Mickey.

Now, if you're wondering what Oswald is saying, it's this.

"Mickey-san! Wow, it's been so long! How have you and the others been doing while I was away?"

Well, that's my best guess anyway. Been a while since I read the translation. But I think I got it.
