I've been lazy and haven't been using much color. And school adds to it too.

This is a really great image, especially for kids in high school like myself. I feel like every day, and the fact that the face shows makes it easier for anyone to relate to it. Its nice that you kept it simple and black, so it focuses more on the image of the boy and not on colors and details. The biggest detail is the way the boy is posed, which is realistic and also again easy to relate to.

I think it looks good without colour. Although colour may make it portray stress even more, I think if you did colour anything just to put a big spash of grey/blue in front of the boy. Wow, this is the perfect picture to portray stress. I love your talent. Congratulations on being awesome.

Oh, nice work with the negative space. It adds to the emotion of stress and a sense of alone. The pose is great, he seems to really be thinking hard about whatever is going thorugh his mind. Also, the black and white is always awesome. Great picture!

I Love it!! did you use vegetable paper? I liked, I love drawings black and white! congratulations, the contrast was good! ... but... I would like to advise you to use tones (or is the right name pattern? well, what is used in mangas usually!) instead of gray in it degrades ^^

Ouu i really like how you really didn't attempt to use color. It works really well with just black and white.
The composition really conveys the emotion on this picture esp that huge space of white hanging above the chara.

aaaah i can relate >_< *stress mark* such a obring place, Earth is at times xD lol! the pose is soo awesome, the whole concept and idea is brilliant also ^-^ as to advanced crituquing goes, the only thing is the stairs perspective thingy doesn't fit with how the dude is sitting xD
i looove coloring things black and not doing and white lines to show the details, i think that always looks so cool! xD
