I have no problem with color either but when it becomes HDR it starts bothering me.

OK. I understand, but between HDR and B&W there is a whole world to explore and enjoy (including the sub-set of the normal human vision) !!
In general, in order for a pic to become HDR you have to enhance/extrapolate the RANGE of the colors, mere saturation is not enough.
