Speed - By His Quirk gives him enhanced speed. In his hero uniform shoes, he leaves behind a neon light trail.

Absorb - Alecc can absorb nearby Electric energy into his body. By touching, for example, an electricity loaded device he will be able to absorb the energy through his pores.
Using cords and plugs speed up the process. ( This also works with natural forms of electricity as well.)
This means he also can withstand a rather large amount of Electricity ( a normal taser wouldn't have any effect on him.), However, this has his boundaries.

Charged - Alecc can store an incredible amount of Electric energy in his body. This, however, does not come without side effects.

Energize - With the stored Electric Energy he can energize his hero costume and weapons, but also turn on electric devices that are cut off from power.
( Example; Lights, computers, cars that run on electricity, equipment- He's basically a living battery).

Combat - Using his quirk to use his Emitter weapon as well as to line his metal bat with Electric energy.

The total energy capacity he is able to store in his body can last up to 18 hours if not discharged, With battery packs in his costume this becomes 2 days.

However, the longer he holds onto the Electric energy the more unstable it becomes effecting his emotional and physical health.

His costume helps him regulate the amount of energy he discharges, without costume it's very difficult to manage.

Using his quirk on other people to 'boost' is advised against, As well does he has to be careful in crowded area's.

Even though his quirk enhances his speed it does not enhance his strength.
