Description
This surrealism photo-manipulation image, a cover for a surrealism art book, was created as part of my graphic design class. The brief was to develop a cover for an art book in the style of surrealism, in a4 scale and monochrome. This image began its life as this , and through a process of development and swearing at my school's crappy macs, I ended up with this and a fairly decent grade.
EDIT 30/4/09: submitted a smaller image sans text, so it's easier to view and the art isn't distracted by the typography.

Depends on what you mean by "use". I'm happy for people to use my works as examples or post them on blogs, forums etc so long as I'm recognised as the artist. If you want to use this particular item as stock, I'd have to decline due to the nature of it as a composed work, and issues around the copy status of some of the stock I used.

An example of surrealism for my art class. You will be credited as well, so do not worry.

Believe me, I wanted it in colour but one of the criteria for the assignment was to make the image black and white. Also, doing it in RGB instead of greyscale triples the amount of data in the image, which makes our school's old macs implode.
Thanks for the comments
