Description
As part of my ongoing interest in classic sci-fi and comic book movie cars, I decided to build the original “Ecto-1” Ectomobile from the first Ghostbusters movie.
It’s a beautiful old car. As I understand it, it is based on an old 1959 Cadillac Series 62 Miller Meteor ambulance limo. It’s got some great lines, and the Ectomobile modifications are wonderfully imaginative.
