HOLY Shite...! Umm, Ryan, 'turned out good' is a bit of an understatemen here...
I'd agree with NC that the angle of the right arm is slightly off, but it's certainly not something I'd notice if I wasn't deliberately looking for things to correct. I think that the hand either has to come down slightly or the arm's angle needs to be more parallel with the sweep of the water. And I'd give a bit more shading definition to the right hand's fingers as well...the rest of the picture is so dynamic that the slightly 'lighter' shading draws the eye uncomfortably.
But that's only if you're looking for trouble.

This is really good. The only thing would be that the arm/hand behind her head seems a little awkward. But the other hand is drawn nicely. ^^

as for the critisism, i realized this, but only after inking it, then i was like "...hmm. hopefully no one will notice..."
but that assumption failed.
and the sad thing is i did use ref. i was just to lazy to erase 15 mintues of fidding to start again.
