Yes, I just did a crossover with The Legend of Spyro game series and Doctor Who. xD I was inspired to draw this after watching some cutscenes of the second game, "The Eternal Night", which introduces The Chronicler to the story.

There is this one part in the game where The Chronicler explains to Spyro that he hasn't had a visitor in over a thousand years. I thought it would be interesting to make The Doctor his last visitor. I don't know why, but I can see a few similarities between the two of them as well. They would make great friends. lol xD I would say this takes place before the end of the third game in the series, "Dawn of the Dragon". As for Doctor Who it would be between the episodes "Nightmare In Silver" and "The Name of The Doctor" of series 7.

I will post my completed version sometime in the future. I actually would like to write a one-shot fanfiction based off of this too.
