I think this time I'll manage to finish all my current WIPs before I start a new drawing! So here is Loki in his Asgardian prison (reading and completely unimpressed by the battle in the dungeon). I wanted to try if it's possible to draw with Copic marker on white gel pen. It works! I had only yellow and red for the force field, but it's also more or less possible to mix marker on white gel pen.
I'm sorry for the bad quality (because I was too lazy to scan this drawing and took a photo under bad light conditions), but I'll replace it when I find some time.
Reference was a screencap of Tom Hiddleston as Loki from the movie Thor The Dark World (2013).
Paper DIN A4 (size of the drawing = 19,1cm x 16,3cm) 190g/mΒ²,
- >85% Faber-Castell Polychromos artists' colour pencils,
- Copic Ciao marker,
- Edding 1800 profipen 0.1 and Copic Multiliner SP 0.03,
- uni-ball Signo pigment ink um-153 white
