This is a super pretty piece and I love the atmosphere and lightning! The colors give it a soothing feeling, and the eyes really draw your attention. The shading looks really great and seems to be in the right places, which is really hard to do sometimes. The expression and the head tilt really convey what she is feeling. I like the smaller details in the eyes, and that you didn't just use smaller details there. Sometimes people are more detailed in only one place, and you did a great job of spreading it out so that the smaller details didn't look like an inconsistency. I love the shape of the hair and it give the whole thing a more whimsical look.
I do, however, notice a few minor areas you could improve on. The fingers on the hand look a little too curved. Nuckles are more of a triangle or square shape when they bend. The eyes are different lengths from the nose, and the iris on the left eye looks a little small (but that could just be because its at a more open part of the eye idk). I also feel like the right eye should just be slightly smaller. Because of where the light source is, part of the skirt (and maybe even shirt) would reflect some of that light. Same thing with the hair, it would catch the light in some spots.
Overall this is a really great piece there are just a few minor issues. Hope this helped, and great work!!!

I too was very worried about the hands but at the time I was focused on her the details in her hair and face, that the and was such a small part of the piece i kind of overlooked the anatomy. Thank you so much for pointing that out, i make it a point to be at least mostly anatomically correct even if I'm going for a more cartoon style. In terms of the lighting, while I was covering it and before I made the environment all dark to make the magic from the wand stand out, I did have the light reflecting off of the skirt, but i usually just put a circular range around the lighthouse that kind of dictates where the light falls and the skirt was seemed so far from the want I didn't think it would hit it very well. I thought I did a pretty good job making the light reflect on the hair, she looks boarder line blonde on one side of her head, but I will work on that. You're criticisms were very helpful and well articulated. Thank you so much, I was afraid I wouldn't get any!
