....from myself....what's there to fear, but the imagination itself?
lol, look at me, trying to sound clever
getting out of an art block..hopefully...so i did a colour scheme i've always wanted to try but never got a chance to : )
Edit: alright guys, this is a problem: that's not blood, she's not cutting herself, that's not a finger
(as you can see, she's got all fingers attached and fine). That's a tube of paint (i will put more details on it...later...some time when i get the time....), and she's painting. PAINTING i tell you!Click here for Prints

I never understand why people feel the need to say things like this. Would you like me to say I went to the future and copied her? Would you like me to say that she copied me? Would you like me to defend myself? To defend her? Maybe you'd like to me to say that nothing is original and everything reminds everyone of something. But to say it with no other comment can often come across as "you're unoriginal" and other implications, and while I'm not saying "ooo i'm so original", there's really no point in implying these things which can often be a little insulting and really rather pointless.Β

Like I said in my 2 year old comment, whether you mean one thing or the other doesn't matter. When you say "this looks like ____" and nothing else, it comes across as you saying "this looks unoriginal". Whether it's true or not, whether you mean it or not, it just comes across as rude. And when I say you I mean anyone

"Save me from myself". That is one thing I have to remember for me , and it's an awesome song too from Sirenia.Also the illusion of blood is awesome , not a lot of people can see that this is paint.

"save me from myself" remembered me of a song from Linkin Park (Leave Out All The Rest) that say "pretending someone else can come and save me from myself", I don't know, it just make me remember that XD
And I totally understand that feeling, sometimes my imagination saves me, other times the opposite...
