The day Blackhaven Institution a house for orphaned children and infants burned to the ground mysteriously, the souls of those trapped inside became corrupted by an unknown evil. This corruption warping them into demons that now dwell in an alternate Blackhaven Institution. There they await those who are dragged into this alternate world by the unknown evil through sleep.   Ashia's father Abdul, was once a young immigrant man who saved all of his money and left his home country to start a new life in Dracove city. He experienced a rough beginning, he had little to no money left and struggled to find a job. Turning to the streets he had to hustle, taking on shady jobs just to make enough to eat. One day after viewing an underground boxing match during one of his jobs he became inspired by what he saw. He wanted to leave the life of taking shady risky jobs and become a boxer. Pleading to the owner of a old local gym he was soon accepted in and became immersed in the world of boxing. Adul's talent in the sport caused him to rise swiftly through the ranks of the underground, demolishing every opponents that stood in his way. Soon he collected enough money from the underground to make his leave from that world and debut into the boxing world starting as an amateur. This is were he met his wife Carla, a Dracove city native. They soon had a daughter they named Ashia, to Abdul his new family was everything to him and inspired him to strive to become a professional boxer. But soon Abdul's old life came back to haunt him, a crazed man from the past appeared. An old obsessive opponent from the times in the underground boxing ring resurfaced. He was jealous of Abdul's new life, being an immigrant himself did not find the luck and solace Abdul had as he was trapped in the underground. One day this man used his money to take out a hit on Abdul, hiring an amateur hitman for the job. The amateur hitman made a tremendous mistake, killing Abdul's wife instead. This unexpected blow was far greater then any hit Abdul took in his life, this almost broke him awakening a dark instinct from within. Ready to go on a warpath, he had an idea of who committed this atrocity and eventually found out through confront and beating down underlings from the underground ring. One night Abdul was intent on revenge, with the sole intent to kill... But before leaving he was distracted by his daughter's cries,holding and looking into his newborn daughter's face. This reminding him not just of his wife but the hope she has given to him. A gift he needed to treasure, something to live for and protect, he needed to be there to care for. Now changing his outlook knew he had to fight harder and continue on for Ashia's sake. As time passed the vengeful man saw Abdul's will seemingly unbroken, feeling defeated that night the man died of a drug overdose and was soon out of the picture. As Ashia grew older she would watch her dad in awe. As he worked and practiced boxing tirelessly day and night she would watch him with joy and inspiration. Praising her father she believed he was the strongest man in the world and that nothing could stand in his way or take him down.

  One day after winning an important fight Abdul suddenly collapsed. Unbeknownst to him he was diagnosed with a heart condition that weakened his heart significantly. Ashia rushed into the hospital room in tears, expecting the worst yet calmed by seeing her fathers smiling face waiting her. He assured her he would beat this and that nothing would be able to defeat him. Ashia hearing this now had a renewed sense of hope. Released by the doctors they didn't notice any major problems at the time, telling Abdul to take it easy and report any odd feelings. All his life he hustled and worked hard so he couldn't find it in himself to take it easy and ignored the doctors warning. Cause of this he soon landed back in the hospital in a worsened condition than, Ashia then fell into a depression. It was a sunny Spring afternoon at the hospital, the doctor left and Abdul asked the nurse if he could walk with his daughter. Though he was in a deteriorating condition he did a great job of hiding it, so the nurse let him out. Appearing to his daughter in a good and strong posture they walked together on the hospital grounds. Abdul suddenly grabbed his daughter and put her on his shoulders. Then partook in their favorite activity together in which Abdul would run about with Ashia on his shoulders as she would excitedly wave her hands free in the air. After a brief run Abdul put her down, putting his now shaking hand on her shoulder, he then told her the secret behind his strength. This was a secret he always teased her with but never shared with her until now. He pointed his finger into her forehead glistening from the sunlight that braised across it. Telling Ashia that his power came from her, to treasure this power, hold on to it tight, and to use it one day to become even stronger than him. In this moment Ashia was the happiest she had ever been. After an hour an a half time Abdul passed from heart failure. In that moment Ashia did not know what to feel, what to think, or how to react. Tugging the doctors jacket as they wheeled her father's lifeless body out of the room she asked where they where taking her sleeping father, warning them to be quiet to not wake him up, but he did never wake up...

  This never sank in with Ashia no matter how anyone told it to her. Soon she ended up in Blackhaven Instituion for a period of time until someone from her family was found and would be able to take her in. During her time there she bragged and told stories to all the other Orphans about how strong her father was and that as soon as he wakes up he would rescue her from here. Many of the Orphans and even some of the staff played along with this idea. Until one day one of the Orphans broke it to Ashia aggressively, saying that her father was never coming back and that he was a dead rotting corpse in the ground. Ashia was angered by this as she still didn't yet grasp the concept of death. Ashia assaulted the Orphan imitating moves her father would've used in a fight. In the days before the fire she was trapped in this oblivious state never doubting for a second that her father would not come. But then came the day of the great fire...

  This was the moment Ashia began to grasp the concept of death as it surrounded her... All around her friend were dying, burning violently in the flames they laid as still charred husks now devoid of life. For the first time in her life Ashia was realizing the horrors of death. Trapped in one of the hallways and before her a wall of flame Ashia grasped her sides. Imagining the power of her father, all of the memories they shared, and the last moments with him on his shoulders she snapped. She ran straightforward into the raging fire believing the power her father once told her came from within would save her. She instantly succumbed to the flames ... Following her passing Ashia's memories warped, struggling as the dark energy consumed and overwhelm her, feeling a power from within now burning her core and then birthing her into a demon's shell.

  Ashia's Remembrance is a twisted physical manifestation of Ashia's oblivious state and memories. Her charred disfigured face is seen smiling, melded into a corrupted body seemingly representing the last happy and sad memory of her father. In this decrepit state Ashia believes she is in her fathers embrace believing she is reliving one of her fondest memories of him. Yet in reality she is in a world far from her father... Being hauled around in the body of a monster and manipulated by the embrace of a demon. Upon encounter this demon is a brute force to be reckoned with, embodying the exaggerated physical power Ashia believed her father once had. A single blow from this beast is enough to inflict severe physical trauma or knock its victim out of consciousness...Avoid this demon at all cost unless you are able to discover the key to immobilizing this demon.

This corruption warping them into demons that now dwell in an alternate Blackhaven Institution. There they await those who are dragged into this alternate world by the unknown evil through sleep.
