Description
Here's a little something to get you into the Halloween mood! XD
GRAVE DIGGER - REST IN PIECES!
SWAP Force Ability: Dig
Grave Digger was once a lowly ghoul servant who lived by an immense graveyard. It was his job to provide spaces for previously living bodies to be buried, a job nobody else had wanted before him. Inevitably though, there came a time when the graves he guarded had their undead residents kidnapped. Enraged, Grave Digger gave chase leaving a mighty blue flaming trail. The battle with the robbers was won by Grave Digger, although it cost him both his legs. He replaced his lost limbs with drills to improve his digging skills and soon after his ordeal his tale reached the ears of Eon.
Ghoul Claws: Press Attack 1 to strike with spectral claws. Damage of attack increases with upgrades and combos can be unlocked.
Burial: Press Attack 2 to plunge Grave Digger's drills into the ground and summon a damaging tombstone. Can be upgraded to summon two stones at once.
Ghoul Scream: Press Attack 3 to unleash a terrifying scream and knocks enemies back. Upgrades make this attack do slight damage and knock larger enemies back too.
TOP SOUL GEM: Graveyard Shift: Hold Attack 1 to summon a skeletal hand from the ground to uppercut enemies.
BOTTOM SOUL GEM: Mass Burial: Burial summons eight tombstones around Grave Digger which can either trap enemies or defend him.
PITCH BLACK - DON'T TURN AROUND!
SWAP Force Ability: Teleport
A living legend, Pitch Black seemed to come out of nowhere as far as the Skylanders are concerned. She once lived alone on a huge forest island where she was feared by the locals, and the rumours that she was a cruel monster didn't help. Eventually, she attempted to leave her home island and settle things outside, but an evil shadow creature captured her and transformed her into the monster of the locals' tales. Only half of her original self survived, and she still fights to control the dark presence inside her, even placing notes around her home to warn people of the danger, but she makes the effort when teamed up with the Skylanders.
Page Turn: Press Attack 1 to flick a haunted page forwards. Damage increases with upgrades and pages can be made to travel further.
Static Shock: Press Attack 2 to disappear in a burst of static and reappear some distance away! Can be upgraded so that the direction can be manually changed.
Dark Whip: Pressing Attack 3 makes black tentacles sprout from Pitch's back to whip opponents. Upgrades make it possible to string together multiple tentacle attacks.
TOP SOUL GEM: The Arrival: Hold Attack 3 to unleash a flurry of whips on the surrounding opponents.
BOTTOM SOUL GEM: Eight Pages: Static Shock leaves a haunted page that damages enemies near it.

You're probably one of the only people who do like it. Seems Pitch Black's getting some bashing for being based on Slenderman. :/

There's not a problem with basing it on slenderman.

And what's wrong with basing a character on someone else? World of Warcraft had characters based on Mario and Luigi and no one got uptight about that.

It's kinda like when people make fakemon that are clearly based on other characters. Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan were named after Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan, but it's a name only reference that refers to the fighting styles depicted by said pokemon. But when you make something like your Ghost Rider Fakemon, or Trueform's Gremlin fakemon, you lose the credibility of it being taken as an actual fakemon.
Even though Slenderman is public domain, you've still created an "Original Character" that is basically slenderman. Story and lookswise, it is clearly a slenderman analogue.
Analogue is the word I'm looking for, right?

Maybe it's because Slenderman is public domain so you could just use Slenderman without needing to make a rip-off?

...That is the exact opposite of what I said.

I said "You don't need to make a ripoff of a public domain character. They're public domain. You can just use the character."
You said "Isn't that What I did? I made them different." which is the exact opposite of what I just said.
