Hmm, interesting. Don't worry, proportion is usually something people gloss over, it's the anatomy that really counts, and here it could use a bit more research, but all in all, it's nowhere near eye-burning, like some of the stuff I see coming in through group watch. The firey glowy thing coming out of his eye looks a bit awkward, but I like the chains and colors you used.
