I suggest it might look better if you try to draw the line on her back (near the armpit) more 'fat'?
in my opinion, from this point, if I tried to imagine how the girl looks like from the side view, it looks as if her breast is dimensional, but her body and back seems flat. I hope I can explain well QvQ
