i just use cold water for the drops the colder the better
helps the drops keep there shape and hold on to things better
and the glitter is really weightless so they just sit nicely
on the surface of the drops

oh,thank you for the cold water tip!you mix the glitter with the water in an injection?or you create the droplets first and then apply the glitter somehow?!
