I really like this and whats funny is I just got back from surgery!!!! LOL, anyways Im surprised they let you take the picture, unless it was for like a class or co-oping, somethin like that. Love the picture!!

that's really an awesome shot, you got the opportunity and used it very well. nicely composed and good focus, the apportionment in this piece is just great. and i disagree with ~freakme about the exposure (lighting, illumination), it's right that you can't see the doctor's hand caused by this, but that's what makes it interesting actually.
