ハーデス / Hades from 幽冥の王. I love his designA stressreliever doodle of 2.5 hours. I think the grand piano suits him, and this perspective seems interesting to try. The wine glass is his weapon that transforms into a sword.
I think to draw an action shot of him later. Faces are troubling to draw, it always end up in a 'dry-face-syndrome'. It suits the character here, but I want to draw something crazy someday lol.
Messy paintings are relaxing, I think that I found something matching my workflow.

Whenever I'm stressed, drawing either comes easy or I don't want to draw at all.

I find that my best works are the ones where I'm not fussing over cleaning up too much. The more I worry about being neat, the more restricted I feel so I end up spending way too much time on art that should've been finished hours ago TvT

I feel this. Even when painting I sometimes fuss about cleanliness. Lineart could
motivate me when everything looks exactly like I want, but it doesn't happen often.

Do you ever stare at your art and go "It's done. I'm ready to post." then 20 minutes later and realise "SOMETHING IS WRONG!" and end up spending the next whatever amount of time fixing tiny things? Because the other day I spent an hour fixing a "sketch"

THIS HAPPENS ALMOST EVERY TIME. For this reason I don't post right after finishing it. I need to zoom in
and check every corner if I didn't miss some weird mistake. Platforms such as facebook, twitter and
youtube don't allow you to change the upload. Unless it's a huge mistake, I don't take it down.
I made mistakes such as resizing and forget there is a deformed body part, posted something with
transparency so there are holes in the drawing, forgetting to shade stuff and the list goes on...

Yes oh my god I just noticed I forgot to colour a line the other day and had to delete my post off fb. I'm so glad I noticed it quickly and nobody saw it...
The most annoying fixes I had to change were after I flipped the canvas and realised how wonky EVERYTHING was. I basically erased half the image orz

More like 'same expression syndrome'. It doesn't feel like all of my characters have the same faces. Especially when I use a different style.

When I heard new eido aka Hades is coming out I didnt expect it to turn like husbando material that much , I was staring at him with wide open mounth for a while even better than Alucard, If his design is that good in one star form I will die seeing the third stars one //slapped
