At the moment I'm drawing Portraits as well, so I know exactly what work it is
Furthermore your pic is really good. The perspective brilliant.
And the hair! Due to the hair you used the eraser perfectly.
Why i don't like: the shadows. Because her left face side is too bright although your light source is comming from the left upper corner. But just a little point
