A mix between Snake-Eyes and Black Panther?

Its actually a character inspired by a lot of my favorite dark/antiheroes/superhero. Red Hood/Arkham Knight, Deadshot, Batman, Deadpool, Deathstroke, and Black Panther. Rolled them into one bit and fleshed everything out to bring about Nightclaw.
