I love character design here and ofc, idea for drawing~! Besides the fact people prefer to ignore danger than take courage and face it, i can also see that younger child looked behind. Children are brave and much more sensitive for supernatural things.
All in all, little variety of colors makes it little sad, melancholic and scary. I like it a lot >w<

Love the monochromatic colour scheme of this. Characters seem to show some of their personality how they react, to the thing behind the fence. The creature looks quite minimalistic but interesting being.
