Description We made the journey to Door County hoping for some ice shoves at Peninsula State Park or at least some mega icicles at Cave Point... about all we came away with were photos of abstract ice formations in the limestone pools on the shore of Lake Michigan.
Hoarfrost enhanced patterns in the ice: this phenomena ended as soon as the suns rays started to hit the frost.
