Let the time tick, tick, tick. But where was the tock? No tock just tick, where ever did it go? Was it misplaced, lost within the space between or is it just hiding from us? So many options, so many questions, so much of something over nothing at all. Tock tock, where are you~ Will you not come back, re-unite with the tick~? How will a clock function without you there? Would time stop, or has it already? Everything just stands still, motionless and stiff or might that be just me? Oh I remember now, it is I who has the tock. Poor tick, it was I who took it from you~ Oh silly me. Could I give it back? I could, but wouldn't this be better in mischief than order. Madness is the key, a delighted place for me to dwell and to give you back the tock would take me from this place. I can't have that, I won't have that. My little pocket watch, their is nothing more that you can do but stop. Tick tick, but no tock.
