Personality: A stickler for the rules. Focused and bound by a strong sense of duty. Irritated by lazy and disrespectful individuals. Sensitive to the discomfort of others.

History: Born into a family of military tradition, Judah was raised to be disciplined and obedient from a young age. Because of his father's position as a commanding officer in the army, his family frequently relocated to various military bases. At the age of seven, his family was stationed in Japan, where he met Chiyoko ([link] ). After 3 years in Japan, he was relocated again. It was to his great surprise that he reunited with Chiyoko at Milizia, after enrolling in the academy at the age of 18.

Judah's childhood was fairly wholesome full of warm milk and chocolate chip cookies and bedtime stories , as he came from a stable family with a Christian background (which is also the source of his painfully prude outlook/naivety and his stark awareness of gender roles). Although his parents were strict, they were not unkind, and taught Judah to have a strong sense of responsibility. Due to constant relocation on account of his father's position, however, Judah didn't develop many lasting friendships with his peers (the exception being Chiyoko). As an introvert, he still finds it difficult to open up to others.

Strengths and Abilities:
-Discipline/drive.
-Only slightly above-average in terms of speed and strength, but executes his moves well.

Faults and Weaknesses:
-Not particularly "creative" (fights in a "by the book" style)
-A little nearsighted. Wears glasses for reading.
-Easily guilt-tripped into blaming himself for situations

Weapon: Dual revolver pistols (Mateba Model 6 Unica Autorevolver)

Relationships:

- Chiyoko ([link] ): A childhood friend who he is very protective of. He finds her sassy attitude a little frustrating at times (since it usually gets her into trouble), and often feels more like her babysitter than anything else. When alone with Chiyoko, though, Judah is more relaxed, and can even be a bit playful.

-Has extremely neat handwriting (like typewriter status) but cannot draw for beans. (never really appreciated the arts)
-likes peppermint / wintry Christmas things
