Description
Creepy house in the middle of nowhere that I shot after dark while testing the 3200 ISO on my Nikon. Was pretty glad I was carrying my .40 as I could hear multiple animals (?) moving around inside as I was shooting. Was very hard to get a steady shot in the dark as I broke my tripod hiking out to the area.Related content

Wow, that place really is creepy. You seem to have found a Classic Haunted House.

Love how you captured the night sky and the glow of city lights as a backdrop behind it. Yet inside the house is totally black with no light coming in at all. (Well, one window looks like a sliver of light is coming in, but still!)
Totally awesomely creepy! Great job holding a steady hand!

Damn, I shuddered just looking at it. Very creepy house, yet very alluring. I love the nighttime shot. Not very many people can pull off a shot in the dark quite this well.

Thank you so much. Was very difficult for me as I do not really know how to take such shots. Was a learning experience!

I'm attracted to all things that have a history----this photo just begs the imagination to freely wander and/or search the country records about the owners of this house....I just don't know if I could let this go by not knowing. Sadly...DH says I've covered our walls of so many art works and he finds this pretty gruesome---I love primitive antiques and this fits right in...some fortunate person will get to own it
