I like this photo overall. I like the placement of the flowers, the closed eyes, the face turned away from the flowers, the crop and composition...
The only thing that stands out to me as instantly being something I do not like is that the eyelashes and brows look too heavily edited and darkened. The hair seems to have a manipulated look, but that actually doesn't bother me.. it's really just the eyes.

now to clarify somethings, this image was not manipulated, the contrast between the brows and hair happened because of the small apperture used when taking the photo and with the conversion and adjustments from colors to B&W. the image pretty much looked as it is now

gotcha. yeah when converting to B&W some interesting stuff can happen depending on what settings you end up using.
