This is great, but how is the end of the braid tied off? (guy here) Learning how the three strands loop really helped me think in 3d, but I'm just drawing a squiggle because I don't know how the end is finished off.

the braids are tied off with an elastic or some other band to bind it ^^

And then you may also want to try drawing a braid that sorta twists, so it's not all flat and facing the viewer @__@ hehe

Thanks, onisuu! I love to draw braids, but I usually just draw two bumpy lines and then criss-cross them in the middle! This helps ^U^
