That is the creepiest thing ever. The flame reflection looks like pupils and iris'. His/her eyes look like they're wider than plates as he/she stares at fire.

Very nice! I love the lack of outlines in this picture - it's much more reminiscent of the actual art style of TF2. I love the flame reflected in the lens of his mask.
The only criticism I have about this picture is the glare of the flame in the center of Pyro's mask. It's a little too strong in comparison to the light source. That being said, all other shadings in this drawing are spot-on.
