I know, the background is kinda weird but I decided to let the rain flow over into the night sky JUST BECAUSE I WANTED TO
I used Yuumei's cloudbrushes somewhat on the top.

yeah I mean the soft spring breeze that's totally never works against you.. and they totally never warned for supercels here and spiral winds totally did not make cows fly an stuff.. I mean cows can fly by themselves right!?
