Description
IngólfshöfðiIngólfshöfði nature reserve (1978) is a 76 m. high headland situated between black sands of south-east Iceland and the Atlantic ocean. In the headland you find everything from steep cliffs and rocks to black sands and green grass. In the summertime it's a home to thousands of puffins and other nesting seabirds. Ingólfshöfði got its name from the first official settler of Iceland, Ingólfur Arnarson, but the story says that he spent his first winter in Iceland over there in 874 AD. The cape is only accessible for 4WD vehicles and due to possible quicksand, it's not recommended to travel there without guidance.

This is almost abstract in nature. I love the tensions between the near symmetry of the lower half and the more asymmetrical upper section.

Hehe, looks more like a minimal composition of lines, and that makes it really odd to read the landscape description
