Haha oh dear, her ear isn't supposed to be falling off her face. Please ignore that terrible mistake. xD

I've been meaning to make a ref of Thire for aggeesss. So ah, yeah. Here you go.
I'll post some backinfo for her, since she's one of my more developed characters. (:

Name: Thire (rhymes with 'fire')

Gender: Female

Age: Immortal/unknown

Race/Species: No known species. Often referred to as a Water Serpent/Dragon. She is a 'Guardian'.

Diet: Carnivorous/Piscivorous (although, due to her being a 'guardian' and 'immortal', she has no need to eat.)

Colour: Primarily purple and green. Areas of fluorescent blue. Dark on top and light on bottom (for the same reasons as a Great White Shark).
Eyes are more of a light orange than yellow, and have a small blue rim around the pupil.

Length: Approximately 70 meters long (229'6 feet). (:

Element: Linked to the ocean she 'Guards', so I guess you could call her element water? When she's angry, the ocean rages. Like-wise if she is calm.

Extras: She produces a chemical in special glands that glows when it comes into contact with oxygen. Glands are located on all appendages, including her whiskers, and also on the end of her tail. There is also one located beneath her tongue that allows her to shoot this chemical at 'would-be-prey' or enemies to distract and confuse them.
She is covered in smooth, fairly small scales, that often 'glitter' when struck with light.
Small 'thumbs' on the inside oh her flipperfeet that allow her to hold on and climb things like rocks. Or just hang there, all chillax n' stuff.

About: When Thire's home world was formed, The 'Creator' saw fit to set Guardians around the land (and oceans ;D) in order to help keep the peace. Guardians are immortal in the sense that they have no lifespan. But, they are not bullet-proof, and they can be killed.
Thire was made from the waters of the Great Southern Ocean, and therefore, that is what she Guards. If the ocean is destroyed, so is she. If SHE is destroyed, the ocean still exists, although it becomes devoid of all life.
She's able to go on land, where her movements are very snake-like, she tucks her feet under and 'slithers' along.
Thumbs on the inside of her flipperfeet allow her to grab hold of rocks and such.
Relationships are known to exist between certain Guardians. Thire just so happens to fall for Subnada, the Guardian of the Great Northern Ocean after he is banished to the Southern Moon. ;D
But that, my friends, is a completely different story (and refsheet. . .).

Personality: Thire is an optimist with a great passion for what she does, and loves anything related to the ocean. (:
She is very gentle and kind to those she protects, and would never hesitate to risk her life in order to save them. She has an excellent grasp of her emotions, and one would rarely see her 'out of control'. She's quite hard to anger, which is probably a very good thing, because 70 meters of raging water dragon would most likely end with you being dead (as well as many spectators). Although in saying that, she CAN and DOES get angry, sometimes very suddenly for no apparent reason (ocean=unpredictable ;D).

Abilities: Due to her links with her ocean, she is able to create currents in the water at will. These can be really gentle (to keep her whiskers out of the way) or really strong (to help her swim faster or to guide a ship or something idk).
Due to her immortality, she has no need to eat, breathe, sleep, ect. She still gets hungry and stuff, it's just impossible for her to starve to death.
All Guardians were given the ability of limited shape-shifting in order for them to be able to communicate with the other species on the planet. They have the ability to shift into 'half-humans' (how original ffff). So they take the basic appearance of humans, but with extras (webbed hands, glowing appendages and purple skin in Thire's case).
