if for example a sketch is bought, are we allowed to trace over it for lineart/colour it?

and if any art is bought, are we allowed to use it on other websites and such?

Yes, just don't resell the traced piece or profit from the work.

Hello!! One art piece takes around two days, possibly longer for me!! ^^ It actually less than minimum wage where I am from, but pretty close to it! ^-^ You do not need to purchase a commission from me, do not worry! There are much better artists that do it cheaper - I'm sure you can look around I hope you find what you're looking for, I'm sure you will. I wish you luck!! ^-^
