Commission - i was given the two characters and told to illustrate the word "connection"..and here it is
started with watercolors, then added color pencil, then acrylics..

Amaaaaaaaaaazzzing. The tiger's cheek fur and whiskers are especially gorgeous. Did you give much thought on how to illustrate the concept, or did it just kinda come to you? To me, the touching of heads here is simple yet powerful, especially with the color scheme you used.
I also love the watercolor runoff in the bottom center. I don't know if it's intentional, but it invokes that one or both of them is shedding tears.
