In his spare time, Goat was known to pick people at random and would basically become their curse and follow them around and would terrorize them by showing them things they feared till he eventually killed them or they'd take their own life. He could disappear and reappear at any moment. You could stare at him from across the room and blink and he'd be standing closer to you then what he was earlier or you could turn away from him and he'd be standing in front of you again. Depending on the victim and what Goat chooses to do, he could only be seen by the victim thus making them sound derailed when trying to explain to another person or he could show himself to everyone. He leaves tiger-eye stones that look similar to his eyes in random places which he also hides in victim's belongings which allow him to see whats happening in that area or to spy on what his victim is doing. It can also be used for teleporting to an area if he has left it somewhere. The only way to stop him from following/watching you or traveling to a place is to find the stone and smash it. You could also find him hanging around cult spots.

Story with Noot
Goat lives down in the woods of hell and was found by Noot after one of his horns had become wedged in some branches and couldn't free himself. After Noot had freed him, he'd usually torment the first person he sees but he was quite surprised that a demon of all things had shown kindness and helped him. He then proceeded to follow her home and followed her almost everywhere she went but never harmed her and showed interest/curiosity in most things she did in which she was always kind and loving towards him. He became apart of Noot's family along with Butcher. He allowed himself to be seen by everyone Noot knew and they would often become uncomfortable at the presence of him.
