Happy December, everyone!

Having always lived in the Northern Hemisphere, I always associate this time of year with winter. And while I love making wintry designs to embrace the festive, cozy atmosphere, I also wanted to pay homage to those who are experiencing summer in the Southern Hemisphere right now!

These two esk may come from opposite ends of the earth, but what they share is the love for their respective season. I hope that they will bring joy to everyone!

S u m m e r

Sunny and peaceful, they love to watch the sea from their comfortable garden. The great bougainvilla growing from their back ensures that they'll always have shade even in the hottest of months. As they listen to the waves lap against the nearby shore, the coos of their lorikeets keep them company from above.

Clever and quick, this small spirit leaves a trail of snowflakes wherever they go. Their bright colours weave around a labyrinth of birch trees, creating a stark contrast against the snow. They seem to be in tune with every little change in the forest, as nothing escapes their observant gaze.
