You captured Span pretty damn well. I remember back in middle and high school Spawn was the shit, unfortunately it seems like most no one really thinks about him now.

i meant TODD.Β he was certainly an imaginative miracleworker when he was doing Amazing Spider-Man, God should probably turn back his evolution to about then
i also think Batman should be turned back to before he became a heavily armored paramilitary soldier, back to his ninja training roots, he needs to be a Bat-Ghost

Love his work on Spider-Man of course,and also on Hulk with the great Peter David writing.
I was never a DC guy so my knowledge of Batman is of Frank Miller's work with a few Neal Adams 70's issues so I cannot tell what his definitive nature is.I love the dark fantasy/goth fairytale on Tim Burton's second film although that too must be a departure.
